What are Electronic Delivery (E) Tickets?

Electronic Tickets are PDF formatted tickets. Instead of waiting/paying for shipping, you’re able to print electronic tickets out right away. An e-ticket can be used for popular concerts, shows and sports games.

How do I use my E-ticket?

It’s simple. All you need to do is follow the link to the ticket sent to you via email (for security purposes). Next, save the ticket in case of a problem. You have the option to print out the PDF file or save to your mobile device. Show up to the concert, theatre, or game with the e-ticket and present it to the usher as usual. It’s that easy.

Why do I need to register?

Although your tickets are sent by email, sometimes the email monsters eat them up before they reach you. In creating an account we can avoid this, simply login to your account, go to your dashboard and download your ticket.

Can I share my ticket?

Although sharing is caring, it’s not wise to share your ticket. We advise you not to post your ticket to any social media networks. Tickets can only be checked in ONCE, if you share your ticket and it gets in the wrong hands, and the person gets to the event before you, we will NOT be able to assist you.

I'm a promoter, can I track my online ticket sales?

YES you can, you will be provided with a promoter login link, with username and password. There you can view detailed event report, view and download ticket buyer report and much more.

I can't make the event, what should I do?

In a situation as described, refunds of this nature are solely at the discretion of the promoter.

I bought a number of tickets but some of my guests will arrive at different times.

With our technology, you will be able to send individual mobile tickets to guests that will be arriving at different times. No pesky ticket download.

I forgot to download my mobile ticket and my data is out.

We provide WiFi at the door in case you haven’t downloaded your mobile ticket. We’re working to offer WiFi throughout the event for patrons without connectivity.
